Hello SUMMER 2012.

The heat is on and lots of beach activities are being prepared everywhere. Here in CEBU, BANTAYAN ISLAND is famous in hosting different summer events that you, your family and friends will surely enjoy it. See below for the full details.

Bantayan Beach Games 2012 Schedule of Activities:

DAY 1 - APRIL 5, 2012 (THURSDAY)
Bantayan Island Nature Park & Resort, Barangay Tamiao, Bantayan Island

OFF-ROAD DUATHLON
Distance: 3km Run - 15km Bike - 2km Run
Gun start: 2:00pm
Categories: Open(Mixed gender) - 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 & above
Awards: Cash and medal for top 3 finishers. Medal for top 3 age-groupers.

DU-KIDS
Distance: 1.2km Run - 6km Bike - 1.2km Run
Gun start: Follows momentarily after Off-Road Duathlon
Categories:
Male - 10 & under, 11-12, 13-14
Female - 10 & under, 11-12, 13-14
Awards: Medal for top 3 male/female age-groupers

AWARDING & FELLOWSHIP DINNER at 600pm

DAY 2 - APRIL 6, 2012 (FRIDAY)

INDIVIDUAL TIME TRIAL
Distance: 14km
Gun start: 900am
Category: Open(Mixed gender)
Awards: Cash and medal for top 3 finishers

OPEN WATER SWIM
Distance: 5km
Gun start: 100pm

Male - 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 & above
Female - 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 & above
Awards: Cash and medal for top 3 male/female. Medal for top 3 male/female age-groupers.

BEACH RUN
Distance: 5km

OCEANMAN TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES - Leg 2
Distance: [200m Run - 400m Swim] x 4 loops
Gun start: 100pm

DAY 4 - APRIL 8, 2012 (SUNDAY)

SUMMIT TRIATHLON TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES - LEG 3
Distance: 1.5km Swim - 40km Bike - 10km Run
Gun start: 100pm

AWARDING AND FELLOWSHIP DINNER at 700pm



REGISTRATION FEE
Registration fees of all events have the same rates except for Summit Triathlon Team Championship Series.
• Early bird (February 27 - March 9, 2012) - P600 per event
• Regular (March 10-30, 2012) - P700 per event

Registration includes Event T-shirt and Fellowship Dinner.
