   4. After having your picture taken, log on to Facebook, upload your photo onto the Cyberzone application, and enter your contact details.
   5. Only photos submitted until 11:59 PM of the last day of each phase is qualified for the electronic raffle. Photos submitted after 11:59 PM will be part of the entries for the next electronic raffle.
   6. Each valid entry is equal to one electronic raffle entry.
   7. At the end of every week, there will be an electronic raffle to determine the winner.

Cebu City Marathon 2011

As part of the grandest festival in Cebu, Sinulog 2011, the city is organizing a marathon event, Cebu City Marathon 2011. This will be on Jan. 9, 2011. The registration is still going on at the Active Zone in Ayala Center Cebu. They have dedicated booth to receive registration forms. The booth will be open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily. (CLOSED!)

The fees for the registration are:

• P500 for 5K
• P600 for 21K
• P800 for 42K

The registration fees for all three distances is inclusive of a New Balance running shirt (for the first 4,500 registrants only) and a timing chip. Only 42K finishers will get finishers’ medals.

Guidelines
1. Open to all dance groups. Dance presentations must be within the maximum of (3) three minutes only. An excess will merit the (5) five point deduction from the total score.
2. Composition of dancers is within the minimum of (10) ten to a maximum of (16) sixteen dancers. An excess will merit the (5) five point deduction from the total score.
3. Participants who will be involved in any misconduct within the contest period will be banned lifetime by the Sinulog Foundation, Inc. from participating in future competition. Further, participants who will commit such acts will be dealt wit accordingly by the Foundation and the Cebu City Police Office.
4. Participants / the group must present a wholesome presentation and are prohibited from exhibiting or manifesting acts or gestures and movements offensive to any aggrupations or groups. In the event of violation of this rule, the Committee reserves the right to disallow the offending contingent to continue further its participation in the contest.
5. Dance groups are required to submit names members on or before December 20, 2010.
6. Eliminations will be held on January 2, 2011, 6:00 a.m. at the Cebu City Sports Center. A total of ( eight finalists will be declared. Finals will be held on January 14, 2011, 6:00 p.m. at the Cebu City Sports Center.

Performance (Fluidity, Rhythm, Synchronization, difficulty of movements) - 45%
